Prophit.ai is modular by design: plans define which modules your organization can use, and admins activate modules per location where work happens.
What it does
Plans and module access connect your subscription to the product surface area you can use. Core compliance modules (Sales Tax Compliance, Purchasing Tax Compliance, and both exemption certificate managers) ship with Starter and Professional plans. Professional includes Analytics & Reporting and the AI Sales Tax Assistant. Enterprise agreements and add-ons unlock advanced capabilities such as Sales Tax Matrix, Invoice Auto-Processing, and configured recovery workflows.
Plan access alone does not turn on a module everywhere. Organization admins assign modules to locations so a compliance program matches real operating structure. Users see modules as available, not yet assigned to this location, or requiring a plan upgrade or add-on when the plan does not include them.
Configuration Hub is platform infrastructure included with every plan; it is not marketed as a separate module slot. API Access and Developer Console support integrations under Enterprise or contract terms.
