The dashboard is the operating center of Prophit.ai. It orients users to their selected organization and location, surfaces module readiness and KPIs, and routes work into uploads and returns.
What it does
After sign-in, the dashboard is the home for day-to-day tax work. It groups modules by compliance category (core compliance, certificates, risk programs, intelligence tools, and administration) so users launch the right workflow without hunting through menus.
Operational rails connect the dashboard to shared platform workflows. Upload Center centralizes ingestion for sales data, purchase data, and exemption certificates. Returns Center links open organization-wide sales tax and purchasing return preparation workspaces. Recent destinations help teams resume in-progress reviews.
Module launch cards expose location-aware KPI cards where configured: readiness indicators, certificate coverage, filing queue pressure, and module-specific status snapshots. Modules not yet active for a location appear in an additional capabilities section with plain-language guidance on plan access or assignment.

Frequently asked questions
- Is the dashboard the same as analytics?
- No. The dashboard launches work and shows module KPIs. The Analytics module provides deeper certificate and compliance reporting views on Professional plans and above.
- Why do I see additional capabilities below my active modules?
- Modules included in your plan may not yet be assigned to this location, or they may require a higher tier or add-on. Admin Panel controls assignment and plan access.
