What it does
Every multi-user Prophit.ai deployment needs a customer-controlled administration layer separate from day-to-day tax review. Admin Panel provides that layer for organization admins, without exposing cross-tenant system operator tools reserved for Prophit.ai internal staff.
Administrators invite and manage users, assign roles, create and edit locations, and activate entitled modules per location so compliance programs match real estate and entity structure. Billing summary surfaces plan and usage-oriented visibility appropriate to customer admins.
Feedback management connects user-reported issues to organizational review. Plan and billing detail pages link from admin for self-serve subscription management where enabled.
Security & BYOK is hidden under Advanced settings in the global organization-admin surface. It manages an allowlisted OpenAI provider credential and AWS KMS-backed object-storage encryption, not a per-location or tax-calculation setting.
Why it matters
Implementation success depends on clean provisioning. Wrong location scope or missing module activation undermines go-live. Admin Panel is the control plane customer IT and finance leads share.

- Where are API keys managed?
- Developer Console manages credentials for calling the Prophit API. Customer-owned OpenAI provider credentials are a separate organization-wide control under Admin > Advanced settings > Security & BYOK.
